What the fee pays for

Everything included, side by side.

A cheap filing that picks the wrong kind of business costs more than a correct one — it has to be modified or refiled, and until then the licence doesn’t describe the business. This is what each fee covers.

Never on your bill

Four things you won’t pay us for.

The government fee

You pay it to FSSAI on FoSCoS. It never passes through us.

“Renewal”

Licences have been perpetual since 10 March 2026. Anyone selling you a renewal is selling something that no longer exists.

“Express” or “priority” filing

FSSAI has no paid fast track. We file as soon as your documents are complete.

Extras we didn’t quote

The fee is confirmed in writing before we start. If something changes, you hear it from us before it costs you.

FAQ

Pricing questions

Why pay more than a ₹800 registration site?

For a simple Registration where you already know your kind of business, you may not need to. Our fee covers what those prices usually leave out: confirming the tier against the 2026 table, reviewing every document before filing, handling queries until grant, and a compliance calendar after it.

Is GST extra?

Yes, GST is added to our professional fee at the applicable rate. Government fees paid to FSSAI carry no GST from us because they never pass through us.

Do I pay for lab tests through you?

No. Water and product tests are billed by the laboratory directly. We tell you which tests your kind of business needs and which labs are notified.

What if the authority raises a query?

Answering portal queries until the licence is granted is part of the filing fee, however many rounds it takes. If an application is ever rejected, you get the reason in writing and exactly what a refiling would need.

Get a fixed quote in writing.

Tell us what you do and where. We’ll confirm the tier and send the exact fee before you commit.
