FoodRaksha is an independent consultancy. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India. The guides, tools and downloads on this site are general information based on the regulations as we read them on the date shown, not legal advice for your situation. Confirm your position with us or the licensing authority before acting on it.

Government fees

Government fees are paid by you directly to FSSAI on foscos.fssai.gov.in. We never collect them.

Our fees

Our professional fees are those published on the pricing page or quoted to you in writing before work begins, plus GST. A written engagement governs any work we do for you.

Tools and downloads

The calculators and templates are provided free and as-is. They work from what you enter and from the regulations cited; they can’t see your premises, documents or labels.

Intellectual property

The content and design of this site belong to FoodRaksha. You may print and use the downloads for your own business.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the general information on this site. Our liability for engaged work is set out in the engagement letter.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
