Privacy policy

What we collect

Only what you type into our enquiry form: your name, mobile number, city, the kind of business you run, what you need help with, and — if you choose — your email address. Our free tools (licence finder, calculators, checklists) run entirely in your browser; what you enter in them is not sent to us.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you become a client, provide the service. We use your number for WhatsApp only if you ticked that option. We do not sell, rent or share your details for anyone else’s marketing.

Who processes it

Enquiries are delivered to us through a form-handling service and stored in our business email and client records. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own terms apply to that conversation.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies. If we enable privacy-friendly analytics, it counts visits in aggregate and does not identify you.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t become work are deleted within twelve months. Client records are kept for as long as the regulations require us or you to keep them, and then deleted.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to see, correct or erase the personal data we hold about you, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to our grievance officer at support@foodraksha.com. We reply within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
